We can use our sole discretion to cancel any orders where we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which is against the terms & conditions of using the website. Please note that repeated cancellation of orders multiple times may lead to blocking of your access to the website.

REFUNDS & RETURN POLICY

Please note that, for other than personal hygiene products, refund and returns are accepted provided the product packing is not altered or damaged. For personal hygiene products like soap, shampoo, moisturiser etc, there is no refund or return.
